Please direct ALL technical questions to the mailing list (see below). Make sure include proper information about your platform and a detailed description of the problem (e.g. copy the error message from the screen) including log output, etc.

There is a mailing list available for technical questions and discussions about this implementation. Please direct all technical questions to the mailing list.

Please send only ASCII emails and if, due to your enclosed material, the email message becomes large (say beyond 64K), store your material, such that it can be referenced with a URL.
