 - Message handling threads should be preallocated and activeted
   with conditional variables

 - Remove sessions after client connection closes and send appropriate
   teardown messages

scoutd and module issues:

 - change outputs to a more homogenic way
 - check cookie_r transmission
 - check refreshing
 - get support for custom caspd-ports running 

General issues:

 - handle socket permissions automatically
