From July 2003 to June 2007, I have been a member of the Database and Informatiom Systems Group at the Institute for Informatics, Göttingen University. On the 18th December 2006, I successfully defended my PhD Thesis in Applied Computer Science: "Evaluation of Queries on Linked Distributed XML Data".

Since July 2007, I am employed by IBM and work in the Dublin Software Lab, Ireland.
